In the settings menu, click on the “Filters and Blocked Addresses” tab. This option is in the top row, about halfway across the page. - Create a New Filter
Scroll down and click on “Create a new filter.” This will open a window where you can specify the details of the filter. - Enter the Email Address to Whitelist
In the “From” field, type our email address:[email protected]. After entering the address, click on “Create filter.” - Ensure Emails Never Go to Spam
You’ll see a list of actions to apply to emails from this address. Check the box that says “Never send it to Spam” and then click “Create filter.” Just like that, our emails will always reach your inbox. - Confirm the Whitelist
It’s always a good idea to double-check. Go back to your settings and look under “Filters and Blocked Addresses.” You should see[email protected]listed with the action “Never send it to Spam” beneath it.
Whitelisting an Entire Domain in Gmail
If you want to ensure that no emails from Online Lotto are missed, you can whitelist our entire domain. This way, all emails from @onlinelotto.co.za will bypass your spam filter.
To do this, follow the same steps as above. But instead of entering just one email address in the “From” field, type @onlinelotto.co.za. Now, every email from our domain will be safely delivered to your inbox.
Whitelisting Multiple Email Addresses
Need to whitelist several different email addresses? Gmail allows you to do that too. Simply enter each email address in the “From” field, separated by a pipe symbol ( | ). For example: [email protected] | [email protected]. This way, you can be sure that all important emails reach you without a hitch.
